Q: Restoration of an engineering college fee waiver(FW) seat

I had AICTE tuition fee waiver seat in a govt controlled engineering college through keam exam in ECE ,later i joined govt engg college in mechanical through spot admission .later i realized ECE is what i truly like but by that time AICTE admission deadline was over. Does there exist any legal way to get back my previous seat under rules related to this or by humanitarian consideration.

You can file application before the principal as well as the authorities who are incharge of admitting you in the courses you have offered you have to find that application before the High Court of Kerala seeking permission to admit to the course you wanted and effort of rate of mandamus direct in the authorities consider the applications you have fired

Q: My account had been marked lean and account freezed

Account lean mark and freezed by Kayamkulam police, I had collected 35 lakhs from one customer for MBBS admission, he had given the cash as donation, paid in College , he got admission and after that given fake complaint against me ,and police freezed my account and some other account, police threatening me to reach station ,i fear of arrest so I want to file an anticipatory and pil for releasing bank freeze

You have to file and petition for anticipatory bill for the honourable principal district and social code Alappuzha against the FI registered against you to submit all the details of the transactions showing that for your wanna fight please in the transaction and you had acted bona fide without any intention to default anyone

Q: Attaching property as part of maintenance case

While I was living in a rented home with my husband, he abandoned me and filed for divorce . He doesn't own a home, but his parents did, and we stayed at that house after marriage. We depart later because he works as a bank manager in Bangalore. What should I do if his parents transfer the property to his sister's name in order to avoid payment and maintenance? I'm now filing for DV and maintenance. It been 9 months since he left and i have no idea where he is living. Our religion is hinduism.

You can file application before the magistrate Aven station under the provisions of domestic violence act against your parents inlaw and also against your husband against any financial claims arising out of the marriage against them and also attach the property belong to them

Q: Property transfer pursuant to foreign court order

Couple were Indian citizens at the time of marriage (Hindu). They migrated to a foreign nation, took citizenship there and later got divorced. They have a court order for divorce from that country. The divorce order provides for the transfer of a property in India to the husband. What is the procedure for transferring the property to Husband? What stamp duty will be payable for such a transfer?

Foreign court orders cannot be directly executed for property transfers in India unless certified by an Indian court decree. Get the foreign divorce decree and settlement agreement apostilled (or authenticated by the Indian Embassy/Consulate) in the foreign country. Execute a Release Deed or Settlement/Gift Deed transferring the wife's share/interest in the Indian property to the husband. Register the executed deed at the local Sub-Registrar’s office where the property is situated.

Q: OLX seller fraud - took money and blocked

Hi Sent amount to an olx seller. He provided shipping details the next day. But it seems after shipping he himself have cancelled the package, so it went back to origin. He has now blocked me. Full conversation and transaction history is available. Is NCRP effective in this scenario? What other criminal charges can I press agains this person?

Yes you can file a complaint before the cyber police as well as before the NCRP portal for getting action against the person and also to freeze bank account and to note lien and also to initiate action against him for cheating
