A YouTuber posted a video defaming our own channel, name and Bussines

We are a well established Bussiness and youtube channel authentically teaching home gardening and organic gardening on youtube, a person on his own channel posted a video repeatedly taking our name and defaming us of being a fraud without any proofs and permissions. What can we do other than a youtube complaint to put down that video and ask the owner for an apology video ?

Greetings for the day, In this situation, you can approach the court of appropriate jurisdiction to take a restraining order against that youtube channel and orders directing the said channel to remove such videos. Further, you can claim the compensation and ask for apology from the owner of the said channel.

You can file a complaint against them under it act and ipc, you can moved and application before your concerned police station or before the SP of your area of they don't do any useful for you, You can also go to court and file criminal complaint before the magistrate
