A young boy trapped by a rich widow.

One is a 45 year old widow and the other is a 25 year old young boy. In this case, they lived with each other like girlfriend and boyfriend and the boy was living with her for 8 months without informing his family members. Now the girl is forcing him to marry. But the boy does not want to marry her, the boy says that she was trapping him by luring him with money and forcing him to live with her. The girl is threatening him to marry her, and has filed a rape case with the police department.

You should immediately contact a lawyer having expertise in criminal matters and brief him. Need to apply an Anticipatory Bail in case you have an apprehension that she might implead you in false litigation and get you arrested. In case the complaint has Already been filed by her you need to get the copy of the same for legal perusal

If she had already filed a rape case against that boy then he must immediately apply for an anticipatory bail so that just in case the police officials arrests him he will be released on bail. And as far as the relationship is concerned he is not duty bound to marry her. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Go to police station give a complain regarding whatever she is threatening to him and whatever she has done with him otherwise if you will not take any step then you will see many difficulties its better in time give a complain to police officer
