A share market brocker made nearly 50 lakhs losses of my clients

My friend's son who was a manager in stock broking company made nearly 50 lakhs lose from my clients account. Promised to give 5 % returns per month. Asked me to become sub broker in his company and gave 5% for few months. Then in 2021 without our knowledge he made lose and agreed to give back everyone's capital but now he is not responding at all. I have all the evidence that he has agreed that he made the lose agreeing to return the money iny what's app chat and mail. Kindly help

Hi, First of all you send legal notice to them for refund of your money. This is the case of cheating. you can file criminal complaint against him for cheating misappropriation of your fund and also you should proceed for recovery of money from court of law.
