hello mam as i can see your issue i can auggest you to lodge the complaint its up to you how want to proceed the case which you are going to lodge with police .im this type of matters we nees to gi through court ditectly to get tht person arrrsted so thepolice is noy able to help tht person in any form

You can lodge a complaint to the nearest police station and inform the concerned police officers as to how the caller sounded over call /what he said over call /what was his contact number /when did he call /pattern of his calls /his estimated age and etc. The concerned police officers shall convert it into an FIR and may book the unidentified caller under various sections of IPC.

You should have also filed a complaint in writing to the police station of your area regarding your grievances and directing the police officials to register a FIR against that person under section 354D. Since it’s a cognizable offence the police can arrest that person without warrants. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
