498a police person visited my delhi address where i was not there

Is there any bail required in 498 a case , I live in MP , Wife is trying to file 498a in Pune and one police person visited my delhi address where I don't live and my friend told police personel that he has left the place an year ago. I'm getting call from pune women cell to visit them as wife has register a complain aganist me. I told I will visit them next month as I have Divorcee case is going on and can't visit next day, I live in MP not in Pune. Should I get any bail before and how

If FIR is registered by police under 498 A IPC then usually police give bail from police station itself. If any other serious non bail able section is added to the FIR then you'll have to get anticipatory bail.
