420 406 against company involved employer

I worked for a for a proprietorship company. I used to handle the customers but the company owner used to take care of transactions. Some of the transactions are done in my salary account also but I had a clear statements that I never used asingle penny from that money and I have transferred to companies account. Iam just an employe trusted the owner. But some customers booked 420 406 sections complained regarding the fraud where my name is mentioned as A2. But still I am an employer, police calling me for this.my owner is suggesting to take bail and preventing me to go to police station.should I take the bail or should I go to police?
Kindly suggest me.
hi my sajun is my suggestion is to go to police station and talk to them and show them the proof that you have already paid the amount if they still do not agree then either we can take station bail or if they are filing a complaint or if they have already filed a complaint then you have to take a bill is better to go to police station by yourself if you do not go to police station then decorate a can arrest warrant from court and they will directly come and arrest you after that again you have to take a bill and it will be a very big problem for you so it's better to go now and talk to them once
