Sir my friend laudge a rape case on me and she give statement that nothing happen with her in front of court... I want to know now what should I do to get relief from the case

Hello, My answer didn't register the first time so answering again. It would be unwise giving any opinion without seeing the Charge Sheet and the deposition which was given by the Victim. Prima Facie an application can be made before the Hon'ble High Court for quashing.

get the FIR quashed from High Court bu submitting all the orders of the subordinate court. kindly contact S S Law Offices for further discussion by searching Google. you need to appeal to the court to quash your FIR and then if it is granted yoi need to place the same order before the subordinate court and you will get relief 80 13 02 18 18
