I have filed 376 FIR against my boyfriend he promised to marry me but now he ignored and got engaged with other girl.. kindly assist how can I deal with this case

you file fir against him than and you have to collect all the evidence and you have show that he forcefully bdid without my consent and he threat me not tell any if so ilkill you like that any further information contact me

Dear Madam, If you have not withdrawn FIR for the offence of rape then you must intensify the investigation in coordination with Police. He may be arrested immediately and charge sheet may be filed against him. You may file civil suit restraining him from marrying any other girl except you.
