164 Statement not recorded correctly

My 164 statements are not recorded correctly , can it be recorded again??

hello client as i can see your issue you are saying that your 164 statement has not been properly recorded due to what reason you have not mentioned by you . in this matter you have to tell is what is the sapacific reason you are saying this thing. yes it can be done but for that we need a spacific reason to be mentioned in high authority .

If it is not recorded correctly then we can challenge it before the High Court and can ask the High Court to pass directions to record the statement properly. But for that you have to approach High Court in the first instance.

The reason for recording the statement under section 164 croc is to avoid the person from making different statement from the one already made by the said person and also to avoid that person from making contradictory statements or providing false statements/ evidence.
