Questions Related To Documentation Of Second Marriage

We got married in the year 2019 and got divorced in the Jan 2021. It was a court marriage in Hyderabad and the divorce was mutual. My ex wife is a citizen of Switzerland now. I am considering a second marriage, my would be wife knows about it but we are concerned that while we register our marriage in Kolkata will the details of divorce come up infront of the family.Or can we hide it from our family about the divorce. I am a hindu
the details of the earlier marriage should be disclosed before the marriage register but if you and your would be wife mutually agrees to conceal this from her family then its completely your prerogative. no law would be violated in such case.
