Property Claim can Of Child From Previous Marriage Of Sister In Law

My brother done court marriage with a girl without consulting with parents, she has one 8 yrs boy with her previous marriage, Is there is any legal claim she can ask in our parental property on behalf of her child

First of all, tell whether your brother has married for the second time, what you have written about the previous marriage. Old is equal right and he can claim his share on it, then you can not say that you can not take Right and give his share to him but if your father is alive then he decided property they give him or not
