Can I do prenuptial agreement before marriage to save myself from fake 498a case,crpc 125 case?will prenuptial agreement be helpful for male in marriage in India?if yes then how can I do prenuptial agreement before marriage?what is the procedure?
prenuptial agreement is invalid in india and any such agreement made shall be considered as invalid you must share what problems you are facing so that proper guidance be given to you so that you can avoid cases against him and his family

prenup agreements are not available under the hindu marriage Act. however if you go for special marriage Act you can have such agreement which would be valid only to the extent that it is not derogatory to any legal provision. the procedure is similar to making any agreement it is always advisable to get the same registered.
