Can I do prenuptial agreement before marriage to save myself from 498a case, maintenance case?is it helpful?is it valid in India?

Indian courts don’t recognize the concept of prenuptial agreements for many reasons but yet I would suggest that it’s always advisable to make one so that the intentions of both the parties are reflected in there.
Although it may not have much or any legal effect but if the partner is well educated and well placed in life, it could help you to some to extent.
