Agar ladka aur ladki dono hindu hai toh:
1) Hindu Marriage Act ke tahat notice period nahi hota. Aap same day Arya Samaj Mandir ya kisi authorized pandit ke samne shaadi kar sakte ho. Shaadi ke turant baad aapko “Marriage Certificate” ke liye Registrar ke office mein apply karna hota hai. Isme ghar par notice nahi jata.
2) Jaise hi vivaah Hindu riwazon ke anusaar (saptapadi / kanyadaan / mangalsutra, etc.) complete ho jaata hai, shaadi valid hai.
3) 1. Identity proof (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID)
2. Address proof
3. Date of Birth proof (10th certificate / Birth certificate)
4. 4 Passport size photos (dono ke)
5. Wedding photographs + Pandit’s declaration / Invitation card
6. Affidavit regarding marital status, DOB, nationality
7. Witnesses (generally 2) ke ID proofs
4) Ladke ki minimum age: 21 saal
Ladki ki minimum age: 18 saal
5) Court-issued marriage certificate lene ke baad koi legal dikkat nahi hoti.
