I did marriage in 26 Nov 2023 in pune alandi arya samaj marriage that time everything is OK but right now my partner was not ready for this n we did not resister in court what i do I have arya samaj marriage certificate photo n sign documents please suggest me what i do
It is very important for you to register your Arya Samaj Marriage, if you won't register it before the concerned Office of the Registrar of Marriages, you marriage will be held as legally invalid.  It has been said that Arya Samaj does not have the authority to issue legally recognized marriage certificates. The Allahabad High Court has also said that Arya Samaj marriage certificates have no statutory force.
