YAMAHA MT 15 MANUFACTURING DEFECT IN 1 MOUNTH

Sir ,
My new bike have a gear slipping problem in 4 mounth and I approached service center 15 times , they replace some parts but the issues is still exists . They can't find the exact problem . Sir can you pleas provide me the steps to approach the consumer court ?
In first 100 km it showing gear tightness and it' leads to gear slipping problem . The service manager said that it has some manufacturing defect . I visited 15 and they couldn't find the exact complaint.
you need to approach consumer forum. depending upon your pecuniary jurisdiction, which court you will approach can be decided. you have to file a consumer complaint in a stipulated format. thereafter , notice will be served to company. thereafter both the party will contest the case.
