consent of all the joint family owners is required and without that in future you may get into litigation by my joint owner. No objection and consent of all the siblings is a must. Whether it is ancestral property or self acquired property

you need to check the franchise agreement terms and conditions along with any terms and conditions signed by you to check the agreement on the front if the expiry products. plus based on the type of industry and there as applicable laws

Go for an appeal against the order if you are unsatisfied with the court decision but this will also have limitation or duration to file an appeal against the court order.Based on the appeal court order the decree can be changed.

Q: Can siblings insist on selling only part of parents property

We are 3 brothers. Both parents deceased now. Parents house is 3 floors with each floor being a separate dwelling. Building with common stair and a roof. Father also had agricultural land of a few acres and close to city. Land aquisition proposed by government to make a residential area currently in court on the compensation.The properties have not been transferred to ourselves but my 2 brothers asking me to sign to sell the house only without transfer but don't want to partition land. Options?

it's your choice whether you want to sell it or not . Each of your siblings including you is having a right to decide about thire share of property. ypu being the owner of joint family property right to decide .

Q: Question regarding getting gratuity before 5 years

Hi . I have joined my current organisation which is into IT and Software on February 15 2021 and my 5 years will be completed on February 15 2026 . I would like to know if I need to complete the full 5 years or put my papers down to claim gratuity before 5 years. This office operates 6 days per week. Till now my tenure currently is 4 years 11 Months

Five continuous years of services are required to claim the gratuity. Less than this duration is non eligible for the gratuity. You can decide based on this whether to complete continuous years of service or not.
