consent of all the joint family owners is required and without that in future you may get into litigation by my joint owner. No objection and consent of all the siblings is a must. Whether it is ancestral property or self acquired property

Q: Can siblings insist on selling only part of parents property

We are 3 brothers. Both parents deceased now. Parents house is 3 floors with each floor being a separate dwelling. Building with common stair and a roof. Father also had agricultural land of a few acres and close to city. Land aquisition proposed by government to make a residential area currently in court on the compensation.The properties have not been transferred to ourselves but my 2 brothers asking me to sign to sell the house only without transfer but don't want to partition land. Options?

Hi . I have joined my current organisation which is into IT and Software on February 15 2021 and my 5 years will be completed on February 15 2026 . I would like to know if I need to complete the full 5 years or put my papers down to claim gratuity before 5 years. This office operates 6 days per week. Till now my tenure currently is 4 years 11 Months
