Wedding photographer is not providing the wedding material.

Hi , My name is Sameer and it’s been 3 years that me and my family badly facing the issue with our wedding photographer. After our marriage he has shared photos on google drive including videos to check and it was raw we supposed to check them and need to tell him about the corrections which we have told them however he is not providing us the material like album and videos edited one . He is just making us fool every time and now he has blocked our numbers. All the time he used to make the excuses and he has stoped answering call and msgs as he blocked our all numbers. He has already taken 85000 rs from us. We just can’t leave him like this .Can I get an advise ?

As per the information provided by you, we can move before the Hon’ble Consumer forum with the grievance regarding failure in providing desired services. Firstly we have to send the photographer a legal notice thereby asking him to complete the work in desired time. But if the photographer doesn’t abide by it. We will move before the Hon’ble Forum.
