I paid to vacation club but now vacation club is not arranging facilities as club offered...... not even from online or not even from call to excutive
It’s a deficiency of service and can be sued before the consumer court… there is proper scope that if filed and contested even compensation can be awarded… so you can darely proceed with legal measures

You can file a complaint before the consumer court. If the club does not arrange the facility you should send an advocate notice to the opposite party. Then you can approach the consumer court, the court will take action against the opposite party and allow compensation for your loss.
