Travel membership cancellation

we have booked 10 year travel mambership which is on a 100rs legal paper. but we thaught after 24 hours it is not suitable for us.we sent mail with in 1 day for cancellation of membership. but person not share cancelation terms and condition.In that case what we can do.At legal paper 60% amount will be cut if we cancel membership, But we dont use any services and cancel it in one day.
You can file a consumer complaint if cancellation terms were not disclosed. And if the same were disclosed we need to confirm what the terms were. Since you canceled within a day and didn’t use services, demand a full refund. Issue a legal notice and approach the Consumer Forum.

Well, if you have not been informed and as such, your informed consent was not taken on any Contract or Agreement for the booking towards travel membership, then, you can file a case before the concerned Consumer Forum on the ground of Malpractice done by the concerned Company to sell its services + You can lodge a Criminal Case of Cheating under Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita

Dear client in such cases the terms and conditions are to be read carefully that were mentioned in the agreement of the clauses that are mentioned under cancellation policy , refund . If the company refuses to cancel without cutting 60% of the amount. We can help you to take legal action against the organisation and we can also approach the Consumer forum as well .
