Ticketing platform failed to confirm return leg after round-trip booki

17-May-2025 (In Consumer Court Law)
I booked a round-trip flight via a travel app. The platform showed both legs as “Booked” after full payment. Later, I discovered the return leg was still “Pending” with no valid PNR. Support gave no resolution and silently closed my complaint. I want to file a consumer case for refund and compensation. Can I proceed, and is there a lawyer who can help on a success-based fee?
