Same As Question. Reply As Soon As Possible. I Am In Need Of A Lawyer

14-Mar-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
Needed lawyer for arguments in NCDRC issue. I have sent notice to the person. Now I want to file the case but I cannot be in the court as I live in another state not in Delhi. Is it compulsory for the person who made the complaint be in court during arguments?

Hello please discuss the complaint and matter to be argued at NCDRC, if the subject matter is understood i can argue before NCDRC. Complainant is not required personally to be present during arguments before court in consumer matters.

yes you can fight and argue your case yourself in NCDRC. but it is advisable to engage lawyer bcoz matter in the country's largest consumer Court need depth knowledge of laws and little mistake or ignorance of laws can cause you a huge loss because another party may have very experienced lawyer . you can contact me through phone call or email for detail information.

Thanks
