Remedy in case services are pending by Builder more than 1.5 Years

I have settled entire amount for my house. But still the Electricity Connection is pending for me for last 5 months. I was promised for Lift within 2 months after occupied but till now not even a brick moved. My apartments Common EB, Lift and other service are pending from builder side for more than 1.5Years. We have fed up asking him every day. Please suggest how to proceed it legally

if you both are made any written agreement which time they promised to give the ready house to you? if you already gave any notice to him or not? if not you can give the notice with registered post with acknowledgment card and then file the case to the builder and the owner of the apartment as a respondent

In this regard you can send a lawyer Notice to the builder .Most probably the problem will be rectified by builder with this lawyer notice itself .If the problem is not rectified you can file a case before the Consumer forum.
