Reg report Of dues in cibil report by NBFC based at Delhi

Hi,
I had taken loan from a pay day NBFC Rupeelend backed by Usha Financial Services Pvt Ltd.
Even after paying all dues as said by collection team. The company did not provided any NOC of any loan since I had taken loan twice with them.
Recently 6 months back I came to know that they have report dues in my CIBIL report. They were not responding on mails so I rushed to their office but they have shifted their office and they office address is not updated on portal from last 1 year. when I checked their app by which I availed the loan that is also not working and saw numerous similar complaints against them on play store and on various forums.
I need to take a Loan and now I am stuck what to do. Though I have mailed them keeping rbi complaint team regarding this keeping them in loop but no reply.
Need suggestions and advice. also can any individual sent any legal notice to them , if yes then how
You can file a police complaint against them and then it will be the police duty to locate them.
Moreover you can send them a legal notice to the last known address available with you.
Also make a complaint to banks ombudsman.
