sir, i have paid 55000 ruppes of fees to the private coaching classes, i have receipts of that fees. now for the medical issue i want to leave the classes and seeking for refund but they denied because i have signed few agreements for not refund of fees. i have attended the class for just 3 days. They also miss guided me about the rules and regulations of coaching class

See remedy lies with the consumer forum, simultaneously you can resort to print/electronic media firr intimating them through legal notice. Deny any such executions you did more, so if their intention was to cheat you from the very first moment then you can file a police complaint u/S 415,420, 406, 294, 506 IPC .

You may file a complaint before the consumer forum. If you were unable to attend the classes due to medical issues then the fees should be refunded. Actually the agreement made by you with the coaching class becomes void due to the impossibility of performance of contract.
