Procedure to file complaint against finance company

Respected Sir /Madam, I had take loan against the gold in March 2017 . I want to close all loan and release the ornaments from from same company for that I go throthrough the office but officer says that your ornaments are auctioned due to non paid of loan and recovered the amount. I have not reach any intimation or call or sms from finance . Which necessary and legal action can i take against finance company.
Dear sir/madam, you can first issue notice to finance company requesting them to return back the ornaments on payment of outstanding amount, if they do not reply then you can file consumer case against the finance company. Fore more details you can contact us

Based on the receipts of deposit of ornaments and other paperwork and terms and conditions of the arrangement between the company and you, proceedings could be initiated for recovery of an amount for the value of the ornaments if all the loan amount has already been paid.
