Premium Subscription Purchased But Not Showing In Account

I purchased a premium subscription of GeeksForGeeks and 1 day after payment access was revoked for all courses except 2 that I had started. The support team is not responding and upon calling them they are telling me that they will forward a query to the course team and they will contact me and they never do that.
