Photographer not giving my wedding video footage

Hi sir, My wedding photographer making me false promises and not giving me my wedding(Haldi) videos, when I call him he is not lifting my call and not replying to my messages, after sending frequent messages he saying will send you drive link give me 1 hour time but even after passing one day he not sending the link and saying irrelevant reasons since 4 months, and I paid full payment before marriage date but he demanding more money to send my wedding videos.
you can approach the consumer forum and file a consumer complaint against him by narrating the case and by filing the relevant documents to show that he is demanding more money to send you the photos.

Hello, first you have to sent him a legal notice to him and ask's about your photos, If after receiving legal notice he didn't reply then you have to approach to the competent court and filed a petition against him.
