You may issue a legal notice seeking compensation for the alleged deficiency in service, damage to plants and missing items. Preserve all invoices, photographs and communications. If unresolved, a consumer complaint may be filed seeking compensation and costs.

I can help you assess the facts and take appropriate legal action and the concerned vendor for deficiency in service, negligence, damage to your property and any proven theft. If you have photographs, videos, invoices, inventory records and communication with the company, I can guide you on preserving evidence, sending a legal notice, and pursuing compensation for the losses and distress caused.

Dear Sir/Madam, The facts disclosed indicate a prima facie case of deficiency in service and unfair trade practice against the service provider and its appointed vendor. If the increase in quotation was unjustified and the goods, including valuable plants and planters, were damaged, mishandled, or lost during the shifting process, the consumer may seek compensation for actual losses, mental agony, and litigation costs before the Consumer Commission, subject to supporting evidence such as photographs, invoices, communications, and inventory records.

You can sue NoBroker and the packer for deficiency in service, theft, and mental agony under the Consumer Protection Act. Issue a legal notice demanding compensation for property damage and trauma as per the concerned provisions of law.

You may have grounds to file a Consumer Complaint for deficiency in service and claim compensation for losses. Preserve quotations, chats, photos, invoices and inventory details. Compensation can be sought for damaged plants and missing items. Legal action should focus on evidence and recovery, not revenge.
