Need help to draft a conditional agreement to take back my laptop

09-Sep-2026 (In Consumer Court Law)
I have already sent a legal notice through a private consumer advocate against Asus company for the newly bought laptop that was not working properly. but the company did not respond and also the advocate who sent the notice cheated on me with money. now I don't want to continue with the legal proceeding as it is too mentally exhausting and it involves a lot of advocate fees. so I want to take my complaint/notice back. I just want my laptop back. so can another advocate help me with this.

Yes. A legal notice needs no withdrawal; simply don't pursue it. If a case was filed, apply to withdraw it. Collect your laptop from the service centre using the job sheet, or call NCH at 1915. Report the advocate to the State Bar Council.
