If company bonus not provided to spacial single or two person what can we do legally action and what is the procedure.

if in a contract or in appointment letter if it us mentioned that you are liable to receive bonus them definitely you can proceed legally and moreover if they have not mentioned it then you won't be able to proceed legally
Q: can a restaurant charge more than MRP for a soft drink
recently i had dinner in a restaurant and i ordered a soft drink of 109 mrp and i was charged 225rs so is it legal to charge more than double the mrp

no it is not legal to charge more then the mrp given and especially if it is within city limits then definitely you need to file the case in consumer court for unfair trade and practice and from your nearest local court it can be filed

for this orrection you need to contact the same department of VMC for geting correction as it is their fault and they should be responsible to it moreover you need to file an application with affidavit for the same

મારી પત્નીએ વર્ષ 2024ની સરકારી શિક્ષકની ભરતીના ફોર્મમાં ખોટી માહિતી(પરિણીત હોવા છતાં અપરિણીત)બતાવીને ભરતીના નિયમોનો ભંગ કરીને નોકરી મેળવેલ છે,આમ ખોટી માહિતી આપવી કે છુપાવવી એ ગંભીર બાબત છે.તદુપરાંત તેણીએ મારા ઉપર વર્ષ 2024માં ભરણપોષણનો કોર્ટ કેસ પણ કરેલ છે.મારી પત્નીએ 300 રૂપિયાના સોગંદનામાના આધારે(એ પણ બે વર્ષ પછી આપીને) "શરતચૂક" ગણાવીને એ સોગંદનામુ જિલ્લા શિક્ષણ અધિકારી ઓફિસમાં આપેલ છે. આ બાબતને મેં SWAGAT પોર્ટલ અને CMO Gujarat પોર્ટલમાં અરજી પણ કરેલ છે તો હવે આમાં મને કાયદાકીય સલાહ આપો...

for this you can file a complain in vidhyasahayak bharti authorities regarding the issue which yiu have and moreover the offence which you are describing might not be treated as very serious offence ad your wife had already given affidavit for the same

for this you need to file a specific suit related to your property where after the courts order as you were minor at the time of marriage ad stated herein the court may order to return all the gifts and properties received from your side to you as marriage at the minor age is voidable
