I Have helped a friend for x amount and taken 10 chqs under contract on stamp paper duly notorised and stamp sign done with thumb impression and index copy of 2 property in india.1. agreement date - month 9/20252. payment date -month 10/20253. didnt pay untill dec4. chq deposited and bounced dec 20255. notice sent6. 30 days wait over7. summary suit to be filed docs ready should i add a fir as the accused is out of country and is denying payment. what do u suggest ??
