I am having Tata Tigor and on 23rd July due ot flood, it got damaged internally with water and external with dog and Monkey's run on roof and roof of car got damage. While submitting car, it was told to me to put in flood loss first and later in roof damage. After 2.5 months car serviced and returned. After checking rust is there, ants under seats, a lot of issues unresolved. so, I asked for such pending repairs and roof replacement. Car is with Tata service centre, insurance is of Tata.

I have already sent a legal notice through a private consumer advocate against Asus company for the newly bought laptop that was not working properly. but the company did not respond and also the advocate who sent the notice cheated on me with money. now I don't want to continue with the legal proceeding as it is too mentally exhausting and it involves a lot of advocate fees. so I want to take my complaint/notice back.
