My AC is not working properly even after multiple repairing under repa

I BOUGHT A AC FROM LLOYD On 14 May 2020 but now my AC is not working even after multiple times repairing. My AC is not cooling properly . So can I take legal action in consumer Court and can I apply for compensation also ?.

it's upto you whether you want services for the same or you can file Consumer court ask for compensation or refund go for new A.C.
As per under section 2(1) (i) of the Consumer Protection Act it comes Unfair Trade Practice so you can go consumer court for remedy.
