Marriage Videographer Has not give video for 5 years, taken advance.

Hi i need help regarding my Marriage Local Videographer who has not provided me with my marriage video till date. what action can i take against him.
you can file a consumer complaint against him for deficiency of services and unfair trade practices. I will be needing more information like if you have paid any token amount or any conversation between you and videographer to give you proper solution.

you can ask him to provide with the same and in case he doesn’t provide you with the videos then if you have sufficient proofs like receipts, payments made by cheque then bank account statements can first send him a legal notice and in case he does-not respond the same file a case in the district consumer court/Commission
