Can I sue a marriage bureau for not providing service in Ludhiana as promised. I have no written contract with them.
Usually a marriage bureau don’t provide a written contract because if they fail then they would be answerable. But that will never forfeit your right to sue them if they have not kept their promise. You can always sue them. For any other legal assistance I am just a call away.
