letter from DDRC but did not appear in the court on the date

I have recieved a letter from delhi dispue resolution centre rgarding a loan from HDFC bank but was unable to be present on the given date. I have even lost the letter what should I do.

Even if you have missed the date and the said notice, you need not worry. The first step you should follow is to visit that consumer forum and request the Reader of the said Forum to provide the next date of hearing by giving him the last date of hearing and the title of the complaint. You are also requested not to miss the dates any longer.

Please contact there as you could not appear you must got fresh date if you wish to sort out the matter amicably then you get that matter placed there. In case of you may call me. If you want to fight your case on merits then engage a experience lawyer to fight your case on merits
