Legal remedy for Frequent adjournments by district consumer forum

I have filed a case in prakasam district consumer forum,ongole and it came to hearing.complainant side argument over in the month of September 2017.but opposite party did not attend hearings till today.but forum president is adjourning the case though o.p.counsel also absenting to hearings.so far 4 adjournments given.o.p is dragging the case&killing the time&judge is allowing them.next hearing is on 7/11/2017..what to do sir?

Every proceeding before a Consumer Forum shall be conducted as expeditiously as possible and as per the requirements of the C.P. Act. The Consumer Forum shall record the reasons for any adjournment made by it and it cannot adjourn the proceedings without any reason. If you think that your case is being delayed due to the frequent adjournments by the forum, file a petition before the forum and ask it to dispose off the case expeditiously.

it is advisable to file a expedite petition in high court for early hearing and and not to adjourn the matter if the OP is absent and trying to waste the time of the district forum and complainanat as well.
