Dear Sir, I need to file a case against Packer and Mover. The total cost of damage is 11,000/- Please tell what would be the total fee for the case.

If the company is not solving your issue or not paying damages you can file a Consumer Complaint under Section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act against the mover and packers. With that you have the option of approaching Legal Services Authority and settle the dispute also.
