Gift with new broadband connection is not fulfilled by company

Tatasky broadband company has promised me to give firestick free of cost along with tatasky broadband connection. I have done many followups with the company but still no resolution. I would like to take legal action against the company. Please advise.
if you have this in writing that they were supposed to give you fire stick and have not given you in that case you should start a legal battle with them you should send a legal notice asking for the firestick only after that you can file a consumer case

If this commitment was given to you in writing, send a legal notice to them calling upon them to do the needful at an earliest. If things do not work despite the legal notice, drag these people to the consumer court

you can move to Consumer Forum for an expedite solution of your grievance. keep all the records of follow up safely. all these things would be required for the matter. however the company may provide you the firestick after receiving a legla notice for that
