Fraud Loan App - Money Charges

If any loan app people requested money to pay as loan charges before providing loan and if consumer pays how we take an action to get the paid amount back?
hi first we need to see whether there was an agreement made before taking loan and need ro see its terms and conditions before taking loan and then we can decide to whether to proceed legally and if so then by sending legal notice and filing consumer case

this was purely a cyber crime. so file a complaint in the cyber crime portal which was online and describe ur issue briefly. it was clear that the money lending apps are fraud. it was clearly shown in the media. so I suggest u to file a complaint in the cyber crime cell.
