Filed consumer case against company, can i ask for compensation?

Sir before 3month Maine lenovo kai service center main apna phone thik karne ko diya tha .. but aaj 3month ho gaye hain unka abh phone aaya hain aur Maine customer court main case dal diya hain unhone 2nd hearing m accept kiya hain aur notice dia hain... Mera question hain ki main case jeet sakta hu aur muje unse compensation mile gai kuki company ki policy hain under 1month k andr phone return karna hota hain. ..
You have to claim compensation / damages through the consumer complaint itself before the consumer court. But for claiming compensation one has to specifically plead the loss or damages suffered by you because of deficiency on the part of opposite party.
