Error Prone Bike(BMW) and Very Poor Service By Lutyens Motorrad Delhi

I bought the bike in August 2019, I was charged extra Rs 15000 in the name of handling charges, even though the ex-showroom price was 2.99 Lacs, since then there are issues starting from late registration of vehicle(For which I paid a penalty of almost Rs 3000), bike's RC has not been provided till yet, number plates are not installed yet. After that bike's camshafts broke down, it took them time to replace it under warranty, following this incident, bike's exhaust broke down, Lutyens wasted my time and money in this, it took them almost 2-3 months to replace the exhaust, even the exhaust was already used and from a different model, I even accepted that. Along with this problem , left front-fork seal broke down, I asked them to replace it under warranty, Lutyens pursued me to replace both fork seals for which I had to bear the cost. Please help me get refund as they I have been suffering mental and financial loss due to Lutyens Motorrad.
