I would advise you to seek a detailed consultancy from a lawyer after proper briefing . Dont doubt on the wisdom of the court. Judiciary being an independent wing does not act under influence. Have faith in Indian Judiciary.

apprehension or doubt how si strong may be can not take place of evidence. what you are sayiing is very serious observation and ofcourse allegation against the forum member. remedy lies but you must be able to show clinching evidence corobrating the apprehension. otherwise it might boomerang. consult a very matured and wise lawyer near you or the court. you can not disclose your appreciation on an open discussion.

In case, you have already filed the consumer complaint then let the consumer complaint be dealt by the lawyer uninfluenced and having knowledge of the bench dealing with the matter. In case, a criminal case such as cheating and dishonest missappropriation is made out. It is preferable to initiate a criminal complaint against the builder. Consequently, a civil suit for the recovery of sum of money paid by you can also be made out. it is always to see the better legal recourse.
