Defective mobile received from online portal now not ready to replace

Purchased intex acqa fish mobile on20aug from ebay.received without invoice.piece was defective,filed complaint on23 aug for replacement and invoice. Invoice provided on 24aug no repacement.moved to service centre defect not rectified even after 2attempt pcb also changed refused to replace reason by default.no response of written letter.service centre incharge misbehaved, not accepted phone defect even after noticing shifting the blame on me that i threatned for FIR &making unjustified demand

Dear sir we can assist you in drafting the notice which you have to sent to them. There are several companies who immediately respond to the legal notice and if they failed then we will assist you in filing the consumer complaint.

As per the information provided by you, you can approach Consumer forum where you can claim for Damazes, Harrasment, Replacement / Return.

First send a legal notice from your counsel and then file a conumer complaint.
