Customer not paying for the courier service provided

I am a courier franchisee who render service to one of my client and after goods get delivered he refuse to pay , not answering my mails , my phones and when i went to his office he embarce me by telling me on my face that he does not want to talk to me. He is running a good business please advice what to do.

Hi. You can file a consumer complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 incase the client is not paying you the money even after rendering the services.
The complaint where to be filed and how to be filed can be well guided after knowing few details and detailed discussion on the same.

First you have receipts regarding service rendered by you. If you have receipts regarding service provided by you to that person you have to file recovery suit against that person and should claim interest against the money due against that person.
