Credit card fraud because payzapp customer service not working

I had to get a refund from payzapp and so i decided to call their customer service number 1-800-102-9426. Their customer service number NEVER connects. This is a common issue with their customer service number. Since i needed the money ASAP i tried searching for any alternative customer service number of payzapp. i got a number online where the user very convincingly wrote that he is payxzapp customer service executive and so FRAUDULENT transactions happened in my credit card. Now i had to contact this person and incur losses and trauma because the payzapp customer service number was not working. Can i sue payzapp?

Sir, here you can approach the consumer case. Please gathers all your credit translation which done through credit card. payzapp is also an service agent between you and the real seller. Therefore there is a mal trade pricse from the said agent. You can approach the consumer court.

S u can file no problem but it depending on you transaction how did you do and what was the objective for it .if suppose you and signed any term and conditions that the time of paysapp transaction it not than you can sue them under section 12 of customer law
