I have received a cheque from one of my trust member. Now a has been stopped due to payment stopped by the cheque issuer.. is I’m eligble to send legal notice to him

What is the purpose of the cheque ,weather that cheque is having validatey if it's s get the acknowledgment of stop of payment and than as per the procedure you have apporche the advocate with regard the stop payment can send legal notice

Yes you can get the for that you need get sucessention certificate to get this certificate you need to approach the civil court by filing the P&SC case by declaring yourself that your the legal heir of your decesed father since you need to get certificate so that you will get the job and if detail you want my profile u can get it

Q: Father dead, we 3 brothers want to divide property equally

After my fathers death land is changed into my brothers name in land passbook in 1985. we are 3 brothers. now we want to divide equally. what is the process since its in my brothers name

Weather your father has left any will with regard to property it goes according to that documents but not then only brother are no sister even not have mother also than without any problem all brother can go for partition deed by way of registration of this deed

Q: When survived by wife & son, do sisters have any share in property?

Mr A has a registered plot in his name . Mr A died suddenly leaving behind his mother,wife and son as survivor . Mr A has three sisters. Now Mr A's mother also passed away and the property is still in the name of Mr A . How the registers plot will be distributed among all the heirs . Can the class 2 heirs or sisters claim share in Mr A's property?

If Me A is Hindu by religion under dayabaga school law the 2 second class heirs claimant if the property was belong to ancestor i.e. father and grant father the second heir has right to claim but if perporty not ancestor it's self acquired property of MR A than after it depends on 1st class heirs to do partition

Can we register Bangalore property in other states ?

First for registration of what if it's sales deed and other deed means other than GPA and WIll you can not registerer the property in other state becoz all properties will have its own area . And it's have their jurisdiction for every sub registration officeit can't be done in other state
