Consumer raised complaint about the refurbished product

As I am a medical equipment dealer. I sell an refurbished machine to consumer with 1year warranty….now he is raising a complaint in the police station that machine is not working they called me to appear on police station for settlement….Even after I tried to rectify the problem and try to service and replace the problematic part of Machine,he is not willing to take that replacement and service,he is demanding his money back and return the product Which I can replace the part .what should I do

hi first need to see whether any FIR was registered against you and if yes then you could contest it by filing quash petition and that you are not connected to the allegations mentioned in the notice to the FIR
