Company negligence and no proper response

Purchased a 5 years warranty air conditioner 6 months back. Within few months there was a problem in the part and we contacted the customer care but there is no proper response even after calling them number of time. Few months back a service man came for that company and was completely drunk and misbehaving with us but he didn't do anything to the air conditioner. Later daily we contacted the service care but no response from their side

If you have a warranty on your aircondition and if you are not getting service we can go for consumer court and ask for new air conditioning or repair it as soon as possible, if they won't do court will take action on them ...approach us we will help you

hi if there was no proper response from the customer care team and if they failed to respond within the stipulated time then you could send legal notice and also file consumer case in forum seeking compensation
